Pikko has no accounts and no ads. Your matches, players and training stay on your iPhone. We collect only anonymous data that helps the app work and get better, and we never sell it.
This policy explains what the Pikko app for iPhone ("Pikko", "the app") does with data. Pikko is made by Narek Sumbatyan, an independent developer ("we", "us"). Questions: pikko.support@gmail.com.
Everything you enter in Pikko is saved only on your iPhone, never on our servers:
We can't see this data. It may be included in your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or computer), which is handled by Apple and you. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.
"Ask the ref" answers rules questions with AI. Before your first question the app asks for your permission, and you can turn it off at any time in Profile → Ask the ref.
Please don't include names or other personal details in your questions. Our server runs on Supabase (United States), which keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time for security.
Pikko Premium is bought through Apple. Apple handles the payment; we never see your name, Apple ID or card details. To know whether Premium is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID created for the app, your Pikko purchases and subscription status from Apple, and basic device information (such as iOS version, app version and App Store country).
To learn which parts of Pikko are used and where people get stuck, the app sends anonymous events to Mixpanel, stored in the European Union. For example: a screen was opened, a setting was changed, a training session was finished, a purchase was completed or cancelled. Events include device model, iOS version, app version, screen size, network type and an approximate location (country, region, city) estimated from the IP address.
Events never include player names, anything you type, the text of "Ask the ref" questions, your Apple ID or an advertising ID. They are tied only to a random ID created by the app.
If the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a report to Sentry (stored in the European Union) so we can fix it: what went wrong and where in the code, device model, iOS version and app version. Reports don't include personal data or screenshots, and Sentry is set not to store IP addresses.
Data on your iPhone stays until you delete it or the app. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are kept only as long as they are useful for improving Pikko. "Ask the ref" daily counters contain no question text.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its use. Because Pikko's data is anonymous, we usually can't link it to you, but write to us at pikko.support@gmail.com and we will do what we can. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Pikko is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Important changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
